Incredulous!

Last weekend, a friend of mine ordered banana pratas from a prata stall in a halal coffeeshop at Jurong. When the uncle was done with the prata, he accidentally poured chili sauce onto the prata. Realizing his error, he smiled meekly at my friend, took a cloth and wiped off the chili sauce and poured honey over it. Incredulous! My friend was too shy too shocked, accepted and paid for the pratas.

She got back to the seats and told us about the incident and asked whether she should still eat it! We went up to change the pratas. The uncle kept insisting that the cloth was clean. Another lady came by and told us the cloth was clean. "It's used to dry plates, it's clean." she said. *pop eyeballs*

Anyway we got our pratas changed.

And just today, a cashier ... gave back change to the previous customer and went out to make my food without gloves! I think the hawkers these days are getting lax.
